Our Services
We provide a consultancy service, in which we will design your garden and provide you with a working plan.
The working plan will allow you to obtain quotes from contractors for them to create your new garden design.
We can provide a quote for progressing your design but you have no obligation to appoint us for any further works into the full garden construction. The working plan will detail:
the design and overall garden layout,
proposed materials including any boundary features you may want replacing,
estimate of quantities on plant species/ mixes as well as locations to be positioned within the garden layout,
the working plan and overall garden design will be underpinned based on the questionnaire information you provide to us,
whilst indicative costs will be provided, these cannot be relied upon given the volatile materials market at present and the rapidly changing in prices. They will be as accurate as possible at the time of issue.
How it works.
If you would like us to come and design your new garden/ outdoor space please get in touch. We will guide you through the following process:
Make contact with us and let us know you would like us to work with you in designing your new garden/ outdoor space.
We will send to you a questionnaire for you to complete and let us know of any specific requirements you would like as part of your new garden.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will arrange to come and meet with you and review your current garden/ plot as well as taking some measurements and elevations.
Upon completion of the site visit we will provide you with a quote for the development of the formal garden design and working plan. The design content will be based on your questionnaire answers and any information or details shared when we meet with you and undertake the site visit.
If you are happy with the quote, we request you return the contract and the formal design shall be issued to you within two to four weeks of receipts of contract. Please note that we will provide indicative material costs for materials being proposed.
Once you have received your working plan, we will request that you review the details presented and confirm that you are happy with the content. If there are any reasonable changes that you would like making we will address and then formally issue to you.
The working plan will be presented as a CAD drawing in a pdf format and will also include some sketches/ elevation examples.
Build it.
Once received, you can issue your working plan to contractors to price up and progress with the next stages of your project.
If requested by yourselves, we can price up the next stages of design implementation but you are under no obligation to use us.
